This spacious two-story duplex is located on a very private street in Central Chautauqua, just a short walk from Norton Hall, the Children’s School, and the Cinema. The home provides comfortable accommodations for up to six guests and offers a layout well suited for families or small groups.

The main level features a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and gas grill. The space opens to a covered porch, creating a welcoming place to relax or enjoy outdoor dining.

Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other that can be configured with either two twin beds or a king bed—along with additional bathroom space for convenience.

The lower level includes a third bedroom that can be set up with two twin beds or a king bed, a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and a comfortable family room with a full-size futon for additional sleeping space.

Air-conditioning units are located in both upstairs bedrooms and the main living area to keep the home comfortable during the summer months. The home also includes wireless internet.
