The first floor features a bedroom suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. A ramp provides accessible entry to the home. The main level also includes a large kitchen, dining room, and living room area that opens to an expansive covered porch, creating an ideal setting for entertaining and enjoying time with family and friends.

The second floor includes five additional bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Bedroom configurations include two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with three twin beds (which can also be arranged as one king and one twin), and a bedroom with a double bed. With five and a half bathrooms throughout the home, the layout allows guests to comfortably spread out.

Additional features include central air and heat, wireless internet, cable television, washer and dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, and a grill. While overnight parking is not available on-site during the Chautauqua season, the home’s prime location near the Main Gate provides easy access to off-site parking. There is also space alongside the home to park bikes and scooters. The home is dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs with a non-refundable pet fee.
