9 Week Chautauqua Season Policies

Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early arrival may be accommodated if you do not mind placing luggage on the porch or just inside while cleaning is completed.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Check-out coincides with your gate pass. Please call 716-357-4583 if you need alternate arrangements.

Smoking: All properties are 100% non-smoking.

Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved in writing. Violations may result in cancellation without refund and additional cleaning fees.

Occupancy: Occupancy may not exceed the stated limit for the property. Additional charges may apply.

Property Showings: If the property is listed for sale, tenants agree to allow showings with advance notice by a licensed real estate agent.

Damage Protection: Guests may purchase Peace of Mind Damage Insurance for $30 (up to $3,000 coverage). If declined, a $300 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.

Reservations

A $500 deposit is required for rentals over $2,000, and $200 for rentals under $2,000. Full payment is due by March 1. Reservations made after March 1 require full payment at booking.

Cancellation Policy (Season)

Cancellations are refunded only if the property is re-rented, minus a $200 processing fee. Travel insurance is available.

Off-Season Policies

Check-In: Flexible. Please call ahead if arriving before 3:00 PM.

Check-Out: Flexible. Please confirm availability if planning a later departure.

Smoking: All properties remain non-smoking.

Off-Season Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

CSA Travel Protection

This plan covers unintentional damage to the rental (up to $3,000), provided it is reported before check-out. Coverage details are available at vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Indemnification

Guests agree to hold harmless the property owner, Maple Group Real Estate, and its employees from any liability, including personal injury or property damage during the rental period.

Agreement

By placing a reservation, guests confirm they have read and agree to all terms and conditions. Signed agreements must be returned within 72 hours. For questions, call 716-357-4583.
