This charming single-story house is one of the few remaining historic tent platform homes in Chautauqua, offering a unique and comfortable place to stay just one block from the lake and the Hall of Philosophy. Located in a quiet and desirable neighborhood, the home accommodates up to five guests.

The house features two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the second with a double bed—along with a living room that includes a double futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The home includes a full bathroom with a shower (no tub), central air conditioning, cable television, and Wi-Fi for comfort and convenience. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area.

Guests can enjoy the large front porch with both a sitting area and dining space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors during the summer season. One parking space is available on-site for an additional fee.
