Chautauqua Institution Season: Weekly Rental: $1,525 plus tax
Off Season Rental Rate: $110 plus tax
This first floor efficiency has a king size bed (or two twins).
There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a dining area.
The full bathroom has a shower/tub and the front porch has a table for eating out on.

All of our rooms come with cable television, wireless internet and air conditioning. They also have private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. There are no telephones in rooms. There is a telephone in the lobby for local phone calls. Hair dryers and irons/ironing boards are available upon request.
